Please note if a product / service of Spectrum is purchased through our premises/online shop and it arrives in a faulty condition we will replace the said article within 14 business days of purchase, if however the item was damaged through neglect we unfortunately cannot refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Spectrum Machinery.

Our advertisers take full responsibility for delivery / refunds of their own products and services so please ensure thorough checking on all orders is done prior to purchase as this cannot be rectified later.
